Our Verdict:
Razor USA has been making quality scooters of all varieties, since 2000. Many consumers have appreciated the environmentally friendly aspects of these electric transporters. You will be impressed at how sturdy and solid the built of the Razor E200 is as it offers great stability with its large, extra wide non-slip deck construction. The machine is a bit too low though, and while it can provide good riding balance, there is not enough clearance for those little bumps and potholes that could graze or dent the motor on the underside of the deck. Braking is crisp and precise and the pneumatic wheels give a very smooth ride. Except for its low built which really does not matter much if you are using it to cruise well-paved roads and sidewalks, everything about the Razor E200 spells great fun! |

Customer Feedback-
"It hasn't had one problem and it's a lot faster and easier than walking. I know you may think that a kid's review doesn't matter but this product is targeted for our age group and I believe it's most important to know what we think of it. If you're planning on purchasing a Razor E200 and are having doubts, you shouldn't be. It really is amazing!" - Actual User Review - Amazon.com "The scooter is good, works fine, good battery life and stable but with someone even close to the rated load it has inadequate clearance between the ground and the motor. I got this one for my wife the 100 for my child (she loves it) and the 300 for me. Just driving around the neighborhood and hitting little dips in the road on the 200 will cause the motor to hit the street very hard." - Actual User Review - Amazon.com "The only reason I didn't give this fun and very well-built scooter a perfect "five star" rating is that the throttle may stick (spring for its return is slightly inadequate) allowing the scooter to take off (read: fly upwards) out of control. I do let younger kids use it, albeit with protective gear (of course) knowing they are cautious about the large sized hand brake (could be smaller) & speed. Otherwise, enjoy with peace of mind...at 185 lbs I even play on it myself!" - Actual User Review - Amazon.com "Use the scooter on pavement only. The motor and power pack sit low so mud, large gravel and grass are not its thing." - Actual User Review - Amazon.com |
